Story of a real King Ralph

I've written about David Howe, aka HRH Prince David of the Isle of Man, before. Both on this blog and on my old one that seemed to just disappear overnight without any explanation after I posted questions about open air radiation experiments from the 1950's that took place in towns across the country. (More on that in another posting.) I really find the story of Prince David of Mann to be fascinating and not just because it is a "King Ralph" type story of true life imitating fiction either. But, there seems to be another story underneath the interesting public one that reveals a somewhat surreptitious campaign to smear David Howe's character and it is/was being done by people working under the cover of a front for the intelligence community.

You might say, "Stan you have really lost it this time." Maybe, but stick with me for a moment on this. First, as anyone who reads me regularly already knows, the single largest fear that the power-elite of government has is the unforeseen threat to their power. It is the wild card factor that intel agencies are tasked with. As is with the CIA, British intelligence also has the best and brightest to game theory all possible "out of left field" threats. As these foul balls pop up various COINTELPRO operations are launched to deal with these power threats. That is the most basic way the power-elite maintain their power.

So, you might be asking how does the real King Ralph, HRH Prince David, David Howe factor as a threat? A monarch of a small Island? I'll grant you that he didn't knowingly enter into his role as the titular King of the Isle of Man with the idea he was a threat. I doubt he knew what he was in for, honestly. I'm not saying that he is stupid but I suspect that even an average person of average intelligence wouldn't be prepared for the reality of his situation.

The Isle of Man is the British government's own private offshore banking center. The dirty income the British Crown generates from operations like the old British East India Trading Company -- running opium to the Chinese and enslaving India -- that money has to be put somewhere safe and private. For example, bag men running out of Buckingham Palace with loads of dope money generated from the co-opted poppy fields of Afghanistan can't simply make a direct deposit with the Bank of London. No, they have to wash that money first. This is what offshore banking is for.

Now, imagine, this story of a de jure titular King coming to the surface. David Howe, the long lost heir to the monarchy of the Isle of Man. In reality he might come across as no real threat to the government but if enough buzz is generated it might cause legitimate depositors to think that the Island isn't politically secure. Lack of security equals massive withdraws and the end of the British money laundering operations. There is no way that a "yank" can simply be promoted as the King without getting hammered.

Following the various news articles, blogs and forums written about David Howe becoming His Royal Highness the King of the Isle of Man, I found all the tell-tale signs of a classic COINTELPRO operation being run against him. Perhaps the most obvious and frequent postings tell the story the best. These postings launched by 3 to 5 members of a newsgroup forum led to the development of a website that Howe became the subject of. All designed to discredit him and attack his reputation. The claimed author, operating from England, works for one Price Waterhouse. Need I say more?!

Most know that I used to work with Johathan Kwitny, "The Crimes Of Patriots", famed author. Of course in "Crimes," most people learned in detail how Price Watherhouse, while perhaps not itself a complete front for the CIA, is devoted to keeping the books for numerous CIA and British Intel fronts. So by now you are asking, what does it all mean? "Come on Stan, why would anyone care?" "Stan you don't even remember where your keys are and your family won't let you have the remote control." Yes this may be true but I took some interesting facts from an article written by Mike DiCicco of the Connection Newspaper that quotes Stuart Peters, host of the highest rated radio talk show in the Isle of Man, as saying that he believes there could be a place for HRH Prince David Howe as the constitutional head of state. Peters also said, "The government here is very keen to keep a clean image as a reputable offshore finance center," and there is a fear that Howe would abuse his authority. I agree with Stuart Peters on this too. At least on the part that Prince David Howe is feared. He might just be keen on making the Isle of Man a place where drug money can't be easily laundered. Something that the Brit power-elite and their Intel wing have been historically against.
